Rodor Housing and Support Offending Behaviour Programmes are challenging, consistent and outcomes focussed and will help the young person develop better relationships with peers, family, wider community and adhere to their court orders. They will also help the individual regain or build self-esteem and confidence to re-engage in order to reduce their offending behaviour patterns.
This will provide the necessary consistency and continuity to ensure that the young person has every opportunity to succeed whilst in the community. Our offending behaviour programmes are delivered by highly experienced mentoring programme mentors and service managers with a wealth of experience.
Positive Behaviour Change Support, Anti-social Behaviour support, Impact of Offending and Mind traps Behaviour, Impact of Custodial Sentence awareness, Drugs in Society, Drugs Awareness support, Domestic Violence awareness support, Relationship Building, Culture Identity and Respect, Alcohol Awareness and Dealing with Conflict.
