We are totally sector focussed with many years experience within children and young people.
We provide a unique approach to supported living and semi-independent living for care leavers. Young people will have the right to their own tenancy licence agreements and:
- 24 Hour Supported Accommodations with intensive support
- Access to their own flats / apartments with support (Semi-supported living)
Offending behaviour programme
Our offending and behaviour management programmes are delivered by highly experienced ISS programme supervisors and mentors with a wealth of experience. We provide:
- Positive Behaviour Changes
- Relationship Building
Rodor Housing and Support will deliver and signpost young people to intervention pathway sessions with partner agencies. Some of the programmes include:
- Budgeting Skills
- Staying safe
Rodor Housing and Support offers placements to young people leaving care between the ages of 16 and 25 years old with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Offending behavioural history or known to the criminal justice system. Support packages for young people with ADHD, ADD, Aspergers, ODD and Conduct disorder are offered:
- Accommodation and 5 hours support
- Mother and baby placements
